Montague harbor is a neat enough little place, not the best selection of food or snacks in the general store or diner, not to mention the absolute worst WiFi I have personally seen, at a whopping .58mgbs, for reference the average home WiFi would be a minimum of 30-50, so not even one is a very big disappointment, why even have WiFi at all?
